At Dream Heaven Beds, we stand by the quality of our craftsmanship. This Limited Warranty covers manufacturing and material defects in your bed or mattress purchased directly from our store.
1. Warranty Period

All Products (Mattresses, Bed Frames, Bases, etc.): Covered by a 2-Year Limited Warranty.

The warranty period begins on the original date of purchase/delivery.
2. What is Covered (Manufacturing Defects)
This warranty covers the following defects under normal use and proper handling:

Mattresses:

Structural defects in the foam, springs, or other materials that cause premature splitting or cracking.

Visible sagging or body impressions greater than [Specify Measurement, e.g., 1.5 inches] that are not associated with a lack of proper foundational support.

Broken or loose stitching, or unraveling of the mattress fabric or seams, not caused by abuse.

Bed Frames/Bases:

Cracks, breaks, or structural failure of the wooden or metal components.

Defective or broken welds on metal frames.

3. What Voids the Warranty (Exclusions)
The warranty will be considered VOID if the product exhibits any of the following:

Normal Wear and Tear: Including minor softening, slight body impressions (under [1.5] inches), or minor cosmetic damage.

Physical Damage: Any damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents (burns, cuts, tears), or excessive bending.

Unsanitary Condition: Product is stained, soiled, or otherwise in an unsanitary condition that prevents inspection or service.

Improper Support: Damage resulting from the mattress being used on an inadequate bed frame, base, or foundation (e.g., a frame without a solid center support system).

Unauthorized Repairs: Any repairs or alterations attempted by persons not authorized by Dream Heaven Beds.

Missing Tags: Removal or defacing of the original product law tag.

Transfer: The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
4. Making a Claim

Contact Us: Send an email to [dreamheavenbeds@gmail.com] with the subject "Warranty Claim."

Provide Documentation: Include your original proof of purchase (order number or receipt) and clear photos or videos detailing the defect.

Resolution: Upon validation of the claim, Dream Heaven Beds will, at its sole discretion, either repair the defective product or replace it with a comparable model.

Service Fees: This is a Non-Prorated Warranty. If your claim is approved, you will not be charged any fees for shipping, handling, inspection, repair, or replacement costs. Dream Heaven Beds covers all costs associated with fulfilling a valid warranty claim.
